In this method, we are going to use command prompt which is a command line interpreter application available in most Windows operating systems.It is mostly used in very deep computer work, but today I’ll be using it to remove “This copy of Windows is not genuine” error.To do so, follow these steps :Step 1: Firstly open the command prompt by searching “cmd” from the start menu, right click over it and click “Run As Administrator”. Step 2: After this, type this command on the cmd menu – ‘SLMGR –REARM’.And be sure, you typed it correct, otherwise it won’t work.

Step 3: Now, you will see a windows script host popup menu.Just click on “okay” and after this, you will need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

• Try to find out the “KB971033” update and uninstall it.
• Restart your computer.
